Mission

To promote quality education, training, research, consultancy and to enhance employability and entrepreneurial skills of our students. To integrate industry with academics in order to prepare our students in an immersive way for the world of work developing effective interface with the industry and other institutes within and outside the country is the cornerstone of our approach. To meet these ends, we encourage and nurture development of student’s physical, mental, emotional, secular and spiritual faculties.

Values

South West University are provided 'total development' which includes physical, mental and spiritual. He also advocated incorporation of science and technology in curricula and laid emphasis on technical education that will develop industries. Our core values are inspired by, and our institution is founded on his thoughts and ideas. Our goal is to develop the physical, mental, emotional, secular and spiritual faculties of our students with a view to make them techno-managers of global standard and responsible citizens of a global world.

Objectives of south west university

1-Provide easy access to high quality education in Management, Engineering, as well as other academic & professional fields     to its students, irrespective of their caste, creed, age, gender, region or country, at an affordable cost.
2-Offer a conducive environment for pursuing research and vocational studies with a market-driven orientation.
3-Expose students to new ideas, fresh vision, pragmatic ambition and enhance their competency in the ever-changing     business environment.
4-Provide flexible choice based system of education and dual-degree programmes while adopting modes to suit students’     requirements of learning.
5-Prepare and assist students in improving their future prospects through career counseling and placement support, on the    job training, industrial visits, presentations, group discussions.
6-Promote and practise a convenient distance education concept in India and abroad.
7-Promote and spread job-oriented education in rural and tribal areas.
